Monroe Park Festival
The Monroe Park Festival took place on Saturday, Oct. 25, from noon to 5 p.m. as part of VCU’s Fall Fest weekend and 40th Anniversary celebration. View a map of the festival. VCU representatives and neighboring communities gathered together in the park, offering information, health care and entertainment to hundreds of students, faculty, staff, alumni and families. Five local bands — Becky Taylor and Open Fire, Unheard Concept, Earthtone, Antero and The TATERS — performed throughout the afternoon.
